Data We Collect

We collect name, contact details, payment references and session logs as described in clause 7. Data collected through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions is stored only for as long as required to process and verify those transactions and to meet our legal obligations.

Cookie Use

Our platform uses session cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use any account feature.

Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. We enforce two-factor authentication at login and require identity verification before processing withdrawals. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact live chat immediately so we can freeze account activity while we investigate.

Data Retention

Account records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations after account closure. Once the retention window expires, personal data is deleted from active systems. Anonymised statistical data may be retained indefinitely for internal analytics.

Your Right to Request Changes
