Ways to Contact Us About Your Data

If you want to access, correct or delete personal data held on your z11x account, our privacy team is reachable through three direct channels.

Email Privacy Request Send your request to our dedicated privacy address. Include your registered email and a brief description of what you need — access, correction or deletion. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond fully within 30 days.
Live Chat Support Open the chat widget inside your z11x account and select the Privacy topic from the dropdown. A support agent will log your request and escalate it to the data team immediately, so nothing gets lost in a queue.
Written Notice For formal data-subject requests, you may send a written notice to our registered address. Include a copy of your account-linked ID so we can verify your identity before processing any changes to your personal records.

Security at z11x is built into every layer of the account flow — from the moment you enter a UPI reference to the moment a withdrawal lands in your Paytm wallet.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Payment references tied to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are tokenised so the raw transaction ID never sits in a readable log file on our servers.

Cookie Controls

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how you navigate the lobby. You can manage cookie preferences from the account settings page at any time without affecting your ability to deposit or withdraw.

Account Access Logs

Every login to your z11x account is time-stamped and tied to a device fingerprint. If we detect a login from an unfamiliar device or location, we send an alert to your registered email before any session is opened.

Data Retention Periods

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable Indian financial regulation. Once neither condition applies and you request deletion, we remove identifiable records within 30 working days.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask for full deletion by contacting the privacy team via email or live chat. Requests are processed free of charge in all cases.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Data is shared only with the payment processors that handle your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions and with identity-verification partners. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
